Remove popcorn ceiling, strip floor, move current display from south to north side, new can lights, crown molding, new south side cabinetry,
New Epoxy Floor Coating that hopefully won`t peel . Floor peeled up after the above photo.
First time this garage is empty.

Door is from 1960`s house, then it was my office door in my old house for 10 years
I took it with me, now she hangs again after three years behind my shop.

Subwoofer and pc/receiver cart on real rider wheels ....
Onkyo 7.1 surround 700 watts, DVD player, Compaq PC ........ just need a flat screen .....
Hid speaker wires in wall ..... almost ready for paint ...
Got the LCD installed and walls painted.
Internet and Cable Tv all hooked up ....... LCD serves as a dual monitor for PC too ....
Base coat with color chips are down ...... this is a ton of prep work.
Chip color is dolphin.
looks like carpet ...... 2 coats of 2 part polyurethane clear is next .....

materials alone for this is around $1.35 a sqaure foot.
before clear I may pinstripe so tile lines

First coat of P100 clear polyurethane is down and trust me you need a respirator and do not open the door
to the home .......
next is to pinstripe the square designs on ...... then another coat of clear .

all in 30 inch squares on a 45 degree pattern
Baseboards in ready for final clear.
Blue light special .... LOL idea came from Juan`s (JARDEN) Mancave Project, he has a mancave too I built last summer and has a Blue Light just like it .....

Restored this light and made new hoods for it .... there is two in the garage ..
Still have a few more additions to go but for the most part it is DONE
